When I do the 10 rep squats in the Bridge 2.0, they are ~50% of my 1RM. Am I just being a wuss, or is this expected?

Hey Jordan,
Thanks for the reply. I will bump it up by 10% or so and see how it goes.
I know this is unrelated to the topic but I didn't want to start a new one but are 4x5 deadlifts correct in the Bridge 2.0? In 1.0 deads only go up to 3x5. I already did a week with 4x5 and am heading into high stress week two that has the same. Just want to make sure that's the intent.
The workout following the 4x5 deads was a bit off, and required about a 5-10% drop on all lifts. I think it's just because I have not adapted to such a higher deadlift volume just yet.
Thanks.
