So, i'm SURE this has been clarified somewhere but i've had no luck finding it. during the 12 week strength template when do you start logging your sets? Theres like 9 spaces for sets but it only wants me to do 3 sets at working weight. Am I supposed to log all my warm ups too, only log over a certain percentage or are the extra spaces just there because later in the program you do more than 3 working sets?
