I recently purchased the Barbell Medicine lifting template bundle and am just starting to log my workouts using the excel logs that came with the purchase. In these logs, do you recommend logging each individual work out in a separate log (ex. Day 1 Log 1, Day 2 Log 2), or should I be logging all my workouts for the week in one single excel log (ex. Day 1, 2, &3 in Log 1)?
