  • Critique my program.

    After doing bridge thought about having a go at my own program using the bridge as a guide would just like to see what you guys think thanks in advance

    Competition squat 3-5 sets 5 reps

    2 count paused bench 3-4 sets 4 reps

    Romanian deadlift 4 sets 7 reps

    Competition bench 4-6 sets 5 reps

    2 count paused squat 3-4 sets 4 reps

    Barbell row 4 sets 7 reps

    Competition deadlift 3-5 sets 5 reps

    OHP 3-4 sets 4 reps

    Front squat 4 sets 7 reps

    Dumbbell incline bench 4 sets 8 reps

        Hey Cole, I think one thing that Jordan is pointing out is that there is no stated intensity for the given set/rep schemes. We don’t know if you mean 4 sets of 7 @0 or maybe you mean 4 sets of 7 @9. Volume is quite important but it doesn’t really tell us much without an accompanying intensity.

          I'd agree with Jordan. There is no loading prescription in any form, for starters.
