  • Hamstring and glute work for GPP days

    I have just started The Bridge (the free version) and I am on Day 5 of Week 1 which is my GPP day. I saw on the Q and A for the pdf that it would be ok to include arm work, and was just wondering if it would be ok to include hamstring and glute work as well such as Good Mornings and Hip Thrusts?

    Depending on how trained you are at the moment, you might be able to get away with doing some more lower extremity work. That said, if it's your first run through the Bridge I'd leave those out for the time being.
