  • 10 weeks out - what templates should I use?

    Hi BBM Crew!
    if I do a meet in 10 weeks what template would you recommend following? I have the 12 week strength, 7 week hypertrophy (both 3 and 4 day), and the peaking template.

    I would do the 12 week strength template, timed so week 13 is your meet week. That would likely mean skipping weeks 1-3.

      Thank you for the response Leah!

      If if I already ran through the 12 week template once, could I also swap out the last 3 weeks of the template for the advanced slow peaking template?
