    Would Barbell Medicine ever consider coming out with a strength training template for a combat athlete? Maybe a 2 day lifting template with lots of conditioning? I’m considering running just the first two days of the 4 day hypertrophy template with more pulling added

    Probably not -- but yes, you can adapt any of the other templates for the purposes of a non-barbell athlete / general conditioning focus.
