i recently purchased the 12 week strength template, was playing around with the different tabs and i have a question regarding calculation of the e1RM.
Your advice is to log every set at RPE 7 or higher and the e1RM calculation in the log tabs is made from the first recorded set. Thus the e1RM is extrapolated from a RPE 7 set.
1) Would it be more accurate to estimate the e1RM from an RPE8 or RPE9 set ?
2) Does it even matter ? (i guess the variation of the e1RM over time is more important than it's accurate estimation)
