TLDR: Can I swap the second exercises (BP and OHP on) days 1<->2, 3<->4, and third exercises on days 1<->3 without changes in expected outcomes? Is there a specific reason they're laid out as they are?
Reason: Just finished 12w press with some nice gains, and doing 7w 4d hyper next. Towards the end of the press program I started getting mad shaking in my arms, and pain in my shoulders and elbows during benching. Sometimes the pain was so intense that I had to invoke the power of Baraki to finish my sets, rpe estimates and choosing correct loads was hard and inconsistent, and I generally dreaded bench days.
