I'm not sure that doing those movements make ligaments and tendons any more resilient or "stronger" compared to resistance training in general. They're just different- not better or worse- but different.

Hello,
Is there any practical benefit in training to perform advanced body-weight (planche, front lever, etc.) exercises? For example, making the ligaments and tendons stronger than just using barbels?
