Dear BBM Team,
I can't seem to find where my secondary pulls went after selecting them in the exercise selection.
All I can find are the Primary Pull and the Tertiary Pulls that I chose in the Exercise Selection Tab. I looked over the PDF instruction.
Could it be that there are no slots for secondary pulls in the General Strength and Conditioning Template?
If so, may I ask what the rationale was for eliminating the slot for secondary pulls in favor of more pressing movements in the General Strength and Conditioning Template?
If that is the case, I am really going to miss performing the 2ct paused deadlifts and the 2" Deficit DLs
