I'm currently in week 7 of the Bridge 1.0 and purchased the Powerbuilding I Template which I plan to move to next. Do I need to run the Bridge 1.0 Week 8 (Low Stress), followed by the Week 1 Low Stress week on the Powerbuilding Template, or should I go straight from Week 7 on Bridge 1.0 to Week 1 on Powerbuilding 1? Generally, I'm not feeling overly fatigued from the Bridge 1.0. Thanks in advance!
