I have been following the youtube channel and lurking in these forums for a while now, and recently decided to try my first barbell medicine program(beginner template).
I have read through tons of topics, but have been unable to find an answer to this question.
In the template under the weekly totals, there are two sections called "Weekly AU" and "AWCR".
What do these stand for?
