Should a lifter who has been unable to train normally for a substantial period of time make any changes to the beginner template?

Hey Wik,
That sounds like a good idea and I think that if it's been longer than 3 months, just start on Phase 1. If it's been 2-3 weeks, I'd probably recommend starting on Phase 2.Barbell Medicine "With you from bench to bedside"
