I'm in week 7 of the knee rehab template and I'm starting to think about what I want to do after I'm done fixing up my knees. In podcast episode 58 Jordan mentions that the beginner's program is good to run after a rehab run and you would just skip the first phase or two. I was just wondering, how would one determine how many phases to skip?
I don't have a whole lot of training history and what I have is kind of sporadic. I've done SS for about 4 weeks, then a shoulder rehab run with Derek, then a completed the Bridge...took a month off...then started the knee rehab with a couple of restarts of week one.
