Hey Guys-
Currently running the Hypertrophy 2 template and really enjoying it. I found myself however having inconsistency with RPE/fatigue levels during my workouts. My question is during training when the template calls for 8 reps @9 and i find myself hitting 7 reps @9, is it worth worrying about grinding out the extra repetition or staying within the specified RPE level by missing the last rep. If this isn't happening too frequently, is it worth worrying about? Thanks.
