  • Question about GPP days and sports

    Hi all, I'm currently halfway through the bridge and had a couple of questions regarding the GPP days.

    I have recently joined a weekly casual tennis training sessions that run for about 2 hours (probably 1 hour of actual playing) every Sunday. My question is should I just continue with the cardio as suggested on the program or replace one of the GPP days with the Tennis?

    I would recommend just adding the tennis to your current activity level rather than reducing your GPP work. Enjoy!
