    Hey guys I am 20 years old and have been training for 2 years doing a form of lp varying many different programs
    and my numbers are a 330 deadlift for 1 rep a 245 squat and a 195 bench press for one rep I wanted to ask weather I should do novice lp since i have stalled twice on this method or should i use the bridge I am a student so buying a program maybe out of question
    plus I am 5,10 207 pounds

    Hello and welcome! We would recommend you do the Bridge program. I think you would still get a lot out of our Beginner's Template, but if that is not in your budget, I would do the Bridge.
