Currently out of school for the summer and I am able to train 4 days a week, and I am getting ready to finish the L4 Hyper and eyeing the juicy new PL II.
When I go back to college, I am not 100% sure if I am able to train for 4 days but 3 days fo sho.
Is the PL II modifiable to be 3 days? I did not notice anything about it in the description.
If you recommend the Legacy 12W Strength since it says it is modifiable, would it be okay to switch from 4 days to 3 days halfway into the program?
I could just run the 12 W for 3 days, but I have another month before school and I want to take advantage of the spare time I have to train.
I am not getting ready to compete.
