    So 3 and a half months ago I was 285 pounds and I had an idea of what I wanted to do so I did bullshit workouts and got myself down to 245. For the past four weeks I have done the “beginner prescription” and my strength has gone way up. I can continue but I’m wondering what to do next in order to lose more fat. Should I do one of the hypertrophy templates or power building?

    Congrats on your weight loss. We would recommend continuing on the Beginner Template (full version) before transitioning to either the hypertrophy or powerbuilding template. Either would be fine here.
