I just started the 12 Week Press-Focused template. I'm training for my first USSF meet on April 29. I'm wondering about the form for the Split Squat. I've seen Jordan do this on YouTube, but I can't see his feet. Are both feet on the ground, or is pne (front or back) elevated?
