  • Bridge 1.0 after General Strength and Conditioning?

Dear Dr. Feigenbaum and Dr. Baraki,

The first-ever BBM template that I purchased was the Bridge 3.0 early this year in March.

I ran that template twice back-to-back and then ran General Strength & Conditioning for 2 weeks (missed deadlifting twice a week), then switched over to Strength I.

I am now on week 4 of the General Strength & Conditioning because I wanted to take a break from training 1RMs.

Would running the Bridge 1.0 afterward be suboptimal to increasing my squat, deadlift, bench, and press? Or should I run G S&C again?

    Eddie,

I'd finish the General S/C and either run it again (without interruptions) for less specific training adaptations or run Strength I if you're interested in training for max strength again.
