    Thanks for all you guys do.

    37/m 5"9.5 / 90kg / 40" waist / recent 1's @8 s150kg, d185, b105 and p62.5.

    I'm on week 3 of the 12 w strength and my question is: do you think I would be better off running a cut on one the gpp templates due to my age and waist size?

    Ive no interest in competing and, although getting stronger is a goal, perhaps, due to my age, I'm better off leaning out a bit and then training for strength whilst mainting bf%?

    If you're already on week 3, I'd finish the program while doing the programmed GPP work and following our nutritional guidelines, and reassess your waist measurement after finishing.
