  • Weight Progression on Beginner Template

    I'm starting Week 3 of the Beginner Template. Love it so far. I've hear you talk about adding 1-5% to the bar. Should I be doing +5% each session or each week?

    So far I've been adding 3-5% per session and its been working, but thats probably because I started pretty light.

    Glad to hear it's working well for you.

    Adding weight session to session doesn't necessarily make sense if some of the movements and target rep ranges are changing, of course.
