  • 7 week endurance template, but with other than the prescribed conditioning

    I am looking to redirect my sport activities towards new grounds, such as swimming, badminton, something more of an ”athletic” variety than the old powerlifting in the cellar routine, and also something more social.

    I am successfully ending the 12 week strength template and am looking at the 7 week GPP 2.0. Would you have any recommendations if one would like to do something else for conditioning than rowing or running?

    Personally, I have a mental goal of making sports a little more fun and thus a more sustainable activity for myself, but without compromising much from a sound programming.

    You can swim instead of row and do some sort of rucking or cross-country skiing (if available to you) in place of running. That said, I don't think we need to be too restrictive modality wise either.

    You might consider the Titan template or General S/C template to see if that lets you scratch the athletic itch
