    Ever since I started doing barbell medicine templates (4months) I’ll get random middle/upper middle back pain. A majority of the time it happens when I bend over to pick something up. Is this an issue? Or is it just because of the deadlift heavy concentration that my body still isn’t used to? Thank you

    It is usually not possible to provide a singular, specific causal explanation for back pain symptoms. The majority of humans on earth will experience back pain at some point in their lives, and the majority of this is not serious, as we have discussed in much of our content on back pain. If you notice that your symptoms are clearly related to training and/or are worsening, I'd check out our recent article on pain.
