  • Cardio regiment

    In the three templates I’ve done (all excellent btw) steady state cardio and forms of HIIT are programmed once to twice a week. Is there any issue with doing cardio every day or more than is programmed? Does it cause any adverse reactions in terms of strength or hypertrophy? Thank you.

    Yea, doing more conditioning can challenge strength and hypertrophy adaptation potential depending on duration, intensity, etc. That said, if improving conditioning is the primary goal then doing more conditioning work may be advisable.
