    Hello.
    ive finished the bridge 1.0 this week and seen great results
    Squat:190kg
    Bench:125 kg
    ddlift: 210kg
    now i wanna lose 3-4 kg in the next 2 months
    height: 179 cm
    weight: 76 kg
    im wondering if i should start powerbuilding i or jump stright into powerbuilding ii cause i dont wanna buy powerbuilding i to find that it doest have enough volume for me to progress

    I'd do Powerbuilding I at this point, as it should be enough to continue to drive progress- though it is not as strength focused as strength 1 or the Bridge 3.0. Either of those would be fine for you as well. Nice job on your progress so far!
