    Dear. Dr. Feigenbaum,

    I saw an old IG pic of you showcasing the contents of your gym bag. Among those things were two 0.5kg plates for microloading. Do you still use it from time to time, and if so, for what exercises? My guess is the overhead press.

    I use them on almost everything when I need to add a kilo, though I only save them for PR attempts if I'm not going for a full 2.5kg jump.
