  • Splitting up workouts during the day

    My schedule lately has been pretty hectic and training in the evening when I get home from work usually takes a chunk out of the evening, not leaving adequate time for other things that need taking care of. With that in mind, is there any harm in splitting the training session up between morning and evening? I am currently running the beginner program so in that context, would it be ok to do my first lift (or two) in the morning and then come back after work and finish the other two lifts (or one)?

    Everything has tradeoffs, obviously, but if the alternative is to not train or to skip parts of training altogether, I'd be on board with this plan.
