  • Step ups

Running powerbuilding 2 right and the step ups were not really in correct form with a box under knee height. 20" was a little too high and with about a 16" box I found on the left leg I was either slouching or pushing from the back leg a little too much. So first time I did unweighted from about 16" for 4 sets. Should I start lower to get RPE 6 then build up 16" instead of trying to add weight? I am thinking maybe adjusting height and working up to knee high might be effective. Would this be a viable strategy until I can add weight?

I think starting with a lower box would be good if you have access to it, otherwise I'd just stick to what you're doing homie. Step ups are LOADS of fun, right?

Slightly more fun than split squats in my opinion.
