  • The Bridge - weight gain & loss

    Hey team,

    I started the bridge 4 weeks ago to gain some weight/muscle mass. Everything was great the first few weeks and I was gaining weight at a decent rate but now that I'm on week 4 my weight is back to the same from day one. Is this normal? I'm still putting weight on the barbell and my lifts feel good. Should I just increase my calorie intake?
