    When moving between programs does one maintain the higher level of GPP or reset for each program? Same question for the arm work.

      At the beginning of a program, the GPP work tends to have lower duration (e.g. do LISS for 25 min). At the end of the program, the GPP work tends to have higher duration (e.g. do LISS for 30 min). So if someone is near the end of a program with 30 min of LISS, and is starting a new program with 25 min of LISS, should the person maintain the duration of the LISS (30 min), or follow the new program as written (25 min). Same goes for Upper Back, Abs, and Arm work (7min AMRAP to 9min AMRAP). At least, this is how I am interpreting what the OP is saying.

        Ah. If you've been doing the higher volume of GPP work and are tolerating it OK (meaning the rest of your training is going well), I'd stick with that.
