    Do you think it’s important that rows follow deadlifts ? Or could I get the same training effect by doing them the following day.

    the reason I ask is because I’d like to add some more leg work on deadlift day for more hypertrophy, but I’m on a limited time. So I’d just do rows the following day

    I don't think it matters at all.
