  • Strength lll

    Hey guys, I’m finishing up with strength lll with very good results and plan to run it again but I only have 12 weeks before I head out for vacation. It’s a 12 week program with the 13th week being a test week, so any ideas on the best way to shave one week off.

    Thanks for the post and for joining the forum. You could either skip the 2nd to last week if you really wanted to test again before vacation, which is likely to be rescheduled given what's currently going on.....or, alternatively, you could just skip the testing week. Either way would be fine.

      Thanks Jordan, just to be clear you are saying skip week 12 and go from week 11 to week 13? Correct?
