    Thanks for the post and I hope you're doing well, save for the gym access

    I would advise restarting the template and picking new exercises. I wouldn't necessarily restart from week 3, though you could if you want to. I would keep the GPP the same as you're currently doing, however.

    end of At home no equipment

    I'm on the last few days of week 8 and am wondering what to do next. LA's gyms do not appear to be opening in the near future, and I live in a studio apartment (which doesnt even have a door frame that would fit a pull up bar thanks to the layout). Should I just restart the at home program? If so, what do I do about GPP, as I would presume starting back at 25 and 12 minutes for LISS and HIIT would be foolish.
    Also, would I want to use the week 3 and on rule of "Do RPE 8 until it becomes RPE 9" rather than do a couple rpe 8s for weeks 1 and 2?
