  • warm-up set reps

    I am doing the beginners template. When doing the warm-up sets it says 3 to 5 reps and in another example its shows doing reps to match the works set reps.
    . Are we to do three to five reps no matter what the rep range of the work sets or we to try and match the work set reps as long as it doesn't go over 5 in the warm up?

    We would recommend matching the work set reps regardless of the #, e.g. it's okay to go over 5.
