  • Phase 3 or redo phase 2

    Hello,

    I pulled my hamstring playing football last week. I was on week 8.2 of phase 2, I wont be lifting for atleast 2 weeks and plan on easing back into squats and deadlifts when there isn't any pain. However would you guys recommended me restarting phase 2 or continuing into phase 3. Thanks in advance.

    I would probably continue training as you are, albeit with lighter weights and perhaps a changed ROM, if necessary. Hamstring pulls typically don't require substantial program modification.
