  • Barbell Medicine Form Check-a service with feedback and direction

We are excited to bring you the next evolution in Barbell Medicine’s online coaching! https://www.barbellmedicine.com/shop...ne-form-check/

With our online form checks, we are offering an incredibly affordable option for the trainee looking for some upfront, hands-on guidance, without the commitment associated with 1-on-1 coaching.

    Here’s how it works:
    1. After purchase, you will receive an email with instructions on how to submit your lifting videos and a brief questionnaire regarding your history, current training and goals.
    2. Our Barbell Medicine staff will review your submission.
    3. One of our Barbell Medicine coaches will contact you with a review and concise plan that includes:
      • Feedback on your video submission(s)
      • Helpful Barbell Medicines resources
      • Programming suggestions (e.g., the most appropriate BBM Template, 1-on-1 Coaching plan, group programming)

Also included with the Form Check is a code good for 15% off any BBM Template, $20 off a 1-on-1 Coaching, or $20 off your 1st month of group programming.

Is this for one exercise? Or can you submit multiple? Like Squat, deadlift and bench? Thanks

Awesome! I'll definitely buy one. I have a question tho: is the form check for one exercise only? So if I want to check my deadlift and squat, I would have to buy two?

This service is for the evaluation and feedback on one lift per purchase, yes. The idea is to make sure we don’t get overwhelmed with submissions if it was free and use a nominal fee to compensate our coaches.
We have things like the FB group where you can get free input from a variety of people, however for full analysis and plan to move forward, we think this is a good option.

Can I submit multiple videos of the same lift - i.e. a set of [email protected] and a heavy single?

A single isn't typically very useful, so we'd prefer just a multi rep set at a fairly challenging weight.
