Question about SSB squat in Bridge 3.0

That is an either/or 2 ct paused squat with a regular bar OR the SSB, with no pause.

Quick question:
In the Bridge 3.0, the Day 2 Supplemental Squat can be "2ct paused squat or SSB squat." If I go the SSB route, do I still pause?
