    The programming ends up being more refined given the feedback and testing we do on the programming being delivered. That said, it's not really specific to any particular individual outside of a meet situation.

    If someone becomes injured, we typically try to manage it with changes in load, volume, etc., but will refer to our pain/rehab folks if needed.

    Group programming

    I was wanting to sign up for the group programming but had a few questions before i did. I’m currently just running the templates and don’t really need form checks. I know the templates are generalized but is the group programming more specific than just running the templates? My last question is what happens to the programming if a lifter is going through an injury?
