in the first 4 weeks of the 12 week strength template, you suggest using Leg press or RDLs for S-S2.
I have a slight tendency to good morning my squats and thus would follow your recommendation to go with the leg press but don't have access to one. Would belt squats (with the weight hanging from your hips) be a good option in this situation ?
