    Hi guys,

    Are there any significant differences between running the 12-week press template and Strengthlifting II?

    Yes, more volume in the recent template, updated tapering strategies that reflect our user's results in the later template, and a better (IMO) strategy for fatigue management. In general, I'd default to the latest template whenever possible, but the 12 WS template for press is pretty solid too IMO.
