    Hi,

    I would like to go running daily for about 30min. Will this interfere with my strength training? Iam running currently f0r 30min twice a week.

    Also is there an ETA for the Bodybuilding II Template?

    Yea, it will likely reduce your rate of strength gain given the rapid increase in volume and subsequent training stimulus. As far as how long this will last and if/when you'll adapt to it, I cannot say. I'd go slower than that if it were up to me.

    We aren't planning on releasing a BB II template at this time.
