  • Beginner template and bodyweight workout

    I am currently about to start the beginner template, but I will have to pause it in 4 weeks and switch to bodyweight training for 4 weeks and then go back. I might just do the bodyweight workout for 8 weeks. Which is a better option?

    I would resistance train with actual weights while you can.
