I want to substitute some of these in for some of my RDLs or hip thrusts. Would it make more sense to think of them as replacements for a hinge type of pattern or a thrust type of pattern?
If it will not matter which type of movement pattern I count them as, is this because it would make more sense to evaluate things in terms of total glute volume, or because they don't fit well enough into either category?
