I have run your beginner template and am now running powerbuilding I, enjoying it a lot too.
I want my next template to be a 4 day template and I want to focus on the powerlifts (but I like OHP too), I currently have 6-7 months "experience" with your kind of programming (did bro style lifting before but I dont count it).
1 - Having said that, which would you recommend for me next, strenghlifting II, powerlifting II or strength III?
2 - Should I wait and keep doing 3 day templates (strength I for example) until I dont see any more progress before jumping up to 4 day ones? Is this line of reasoning even correct?
I'm gonna wait until I finish powerbuilding 1 by the way, which should take me at least 2 more months.
