I'm currently running back through PowerBuilding I and due to my schedule this week, I'm likely going to have to do the 3 main workouts (not GPP) on consecutive days ( looking like Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday OR Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday). Is this OK? In general, can I expect progress to be hindered if I have to train on consecutive days somewhat often?
