Hey guys, just wondering if the press movements(press w/belt, press no belt) are Overhead Press or Bench press. It looks like its Overhead press, but that would mean only benching once a week, and pressing twice a week. Just wanted to clarify the nomenclature.

Press w belt and Press no belt are both overhead press. The PB I template has flat bench 2-3x /wk depending on exercise selection.Barbell Medicine "With you from bench to bedside"
