    Hi docs,

    Just wondering if it's ok to spread workouts in the bodybuilding program throughout the day? For example on Mondays I want to split day 1 (quad-focused leg session) into a morning and night session due to my busy schedule. Is this ok or should I just try to do it all together on another day?
